She held on to that tender heart for almost 18 years.
She made my heart smile daily and still does.
You know how they always say "Why do k i t t e n s have to grow up?" Bucky kept that "k i t t e n" look all her life. Her looks, meows and purrs were that of a kitten, even up until they moment we had to part.
A few years before she died she had a stroke. She would actually purr every time the vets drew blood and took tests - prodding and poking at her poor body. But she never fought.
After her stroke I bought her a stroller and took her for walks. Although she could still walk I thought it was a special treat for her. She even got to enjoy a trip to San Antonio, Texas where she strolled along the river walk and the folks at the Hilton treated her like royalty. The picture to the right is her in the stroller on our trip. Everyone had to stop us and love on her.
She was so loved and she loved everyone.
My gentle spirit I so miss you!
