Born March 3, 1877, Hooper to Edwin and Catherine Cox Parker. Married to William Oscar Belnap, February 12, 1896, Salt Lake City.

Active member, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Lifelong resident of Hooper.
Survivors, Husband, daughters, Mrs. Alex (Anna) Cottle, Mrs. F. V (Fawn) Simpson, Mrs. Charley (Elouise) Torghele, all Hooper, Mrs. Leslie (Verna) Cottle, Nampa, Idaho, Mrs. Peter (Margaret) Olsen, Carteret, New Jersey. 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; Brother, sisters, Levi C. Parker, Roy; R Parel Parker, Leet G. Parker, Vern Parker, Mrs. James R (Susan) Beus, all Hooper; Mrs. Francis A (Lula) Child, Ogden; Mrs. W. Herman (Minnie) Green, Kanesville, Weber County.

Funeral Monday 1 p.m. Hooper Second LDS Ward Chapel. Friends call Lindquist and Sons Mortuary, Ogden, Sunday 7-9, at ward chapel Monday prior to services. Burial Hooper Cemetery
