Wilma Louise Brown, 81 years old of Rockford, Ohio for the past 2 1/2 years, passed away at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 5, 2012 in the Colonial Nursing located in Rockford. Louise was longtime resident of Willshire, Ohio.

Louise was born on Friday, January 30, 1931 in Adams County, Indiana the daughter of the late Oscar Miller and the late Hila May (Slusser) Miller. Her first husband, Lester "Doc" Ross whom she married in 1948 and he passed away on July 13, 1953. She then married Robert Brown on December 5, 1956 in Decatur, Indian and he passed away on February 17, 2007.

Louise was a member of the Praise Point United Brethren in Christ Church in Willshire, Ohio.

Louise was employed at the Tuo Way in Rockford, Ohio and had also managed the Village Restaurant in Willshire, Ohio.

Surviving are her son, Bob (Mary) Brown of Willshire, Ohio; daughter, Cindy (Jack) Berry of Willshire, Ohio; son, Dan (Wanda) Ross of Willshire, Ohio; daughter, Paulette (Amos) Stauffer of Willshire, Ohio; son, David (Kathy) Brown of Monroe, Indiana; daughter, Deb (Pat) Curry of Decatur, Indiana; son-in-law, Steve "Hoss" Brandt of Willshire, Ohio; brother, Jay Miller of Sebring, Florida; brother, Robert Miller of Willshire, Ohio; twenty grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.

Preceding Wilma in death were one son, Steven Ross; one daughter, Tina Brandt; five brothers, Hilton, Curtis, Paul, Bill, & Jimmy Miller; seven sisters, Margaret August; Inola Alspaugh; Ruth Marie, Betty, & Maxine Miller; Mildred Kelsey, & Eileen Suman.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2012 in the Praise Point United Brethren Church with Mark Rutledge and Brad Kittle officiating. Interment will follow in the Willshire Cemetery, Willshire, Ohio.

Friends will be received from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday, February 7, 2012 in the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Indiana and one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
