Oscar J Jones, 63, of 933 NE 19, died Thursday night at his home. Funeral will be at Lincoln Terrace Christian Church with interment in Rose Hill Burial Park. Time is indefinite but will be announced but will be announced by the Guardian Funeral Home. Jones was born Feb 22, 1921 in Arkansas. He is survived by his wife, Effie, of the home; two sons, Bruce, Greenville, SC; and Jack, 1136 NE 18; his mother, Celia Jones, Blanchard; a brother, Marvin F, of Arizona; three sisters, Mrs Ella Wallace, Blanchard; Mrs Clara Rook, 3740 SW 40; and Mrs Mary Soward, Corpus Christi, TX; and four grandsons.
