Marian Winter
GWINN – Marian Winter, 77, of 240 Jasper St., Gwinn, died Thursday, March 20, 1997 at home. She was in ill health for several years.
Marian was born in Sheboygan, WI August 6, 1919 to the late Harry and Freida (Rautmann) Karsteadt. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and Quilting Circle.
Survivors include her husband Jacob, one daughter, Nancy (Joseph) Hulverson, Marquette, four sons, Thomas Winter, Marquette, Richard Winter, Gwinn, Robert (Jeanne) Winter, Milwaukee, WI, Steven Winter, Idaho, three sisters, Glendoris (Dean) Brocker, Plymouth, WI, Julianne (Myron) Firkus, Rosholt, WI, Virginia Retlich, Kiel, WI, one brother, Wallace Karsteadt, Kiel, WI, 4 grandsons and 2 granddaughters, and a special sister-in-law Elenor Lahti.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Karsteadt and one sister Gloria Henning.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 24, 1997 at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church in Gwinn with Rev. Michael Rozumalski, officiating. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. The Perala Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
