Longtime Plymouth resident Glendoris A. Brocker passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2003, in McAllen, Texas.
She was born on Aug. 31, 1924 to Harry and Freida Karsteadt. Glendoris graduated from Sheboygan Central High School in 1942.
In 1946, she married Dean Brocker and was happily married for over 56 years. Over the years she had been employed by the Plymouth Cheese Counter and the Sheboygan County Fair Association. In recent years, Glendoris divided her time between her home in Plymouth, summer home in Oconto and her winter home in McAllen.
Glendoris is survived by her husband, retired postal carrier, Dean Brocker, her two daughters, Terry Derleth of Tomahawk, Wis. and Sandy Rodriguez of San Antonio, Texas; her four grandchildren, Kimberley, Matthew and Sam Derleth and Deanna Rodriguez; brother, Wallace Karsteadt and sister, Julie Firkus.
A memorial service will be held in Plymouth in late April.
