Mrs. Bertha Leigh Hoots Wooten, 77, passed away Saturday October 4, 2008 at her residence. Mrs. Wooten was born March 9, 1931 to the late Ferdinand & Naomi Groce Hoots. She was a member of the Yadkinville Pentecostal Holiness Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Paul S. Wooten; and a sister, Amanda Bell Hoots; six brothers: Calvin, Isaac, Clyde, Clifton, James, and Bobby Hoots; brother-in-law, George Wooten. Surviving are her sister, Ethel (Paul) Swaim, Boonville; her brother, Grady Hoots, Yadkinville; in-laws, Ruth Hoots, Martha Hoots, and Doris Hoots...."
