Cleo Taylor Tisdale, 81, of Andrews, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2002, in Bon Secours Xavier Hospital in Charleston.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 16, 2002, at 11 a.m. in Piney Forest Baptist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. James L. May. Burial will follow in the church cemetery under the direction of the Andrews Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home. The family will receive friends in the church Fellowship Hall immediately following the committal service.
Born in the Warsaw Community of Williamsburg County on July 14, 1920, Mrs. Tisdale was a daughter of the late John Wesley Taylor and Martha Elizabeth Howard Taylor.
She was a member of Piney Forest Baptist Church and the Senior Sunday School Class. She was predeceased by her husband, J. Ezechiel Tisdale; a brother, Daniel W. Taylor; and a sister, Dorothy Taylor.
Surviving are a brother, Wilson J. Taylor of Andrews; a sister, Carrie T. Browder of St. Stephen; and 12 nieces and nephews.
