NEILLSVILLE -- Anna Fae Heck, 88, of Neillsville, died peacefully in her sleep at her home Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008.

Anna was born April 23, 1920, at Ryegate, Mont., to Frederick Wesely and Mary (Boehm) Barr. She moved to Greenwood with her family when she was four years old.

She and Ervin Heck were united in marriage May 13, 1943, in Kahoka, Mo.

She is survived by her sons; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Erv, on Oct. 8, 1999; four brothers, Tom, David, Freddie and Jake; and two sisters, Frances Marg and Edna Paulson.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 7, 2008, at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Neillsville. The Rev. Timothy Biebert will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood City Cemetery.
