Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home in Findlay with Rev. Melvin Summy officiating.
Burial will be at the Hueston Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
Memorials may be made to the Winebrenner Village or American Heart Association.
Atkins was born Oct. 12, 1902 in Richland County, the son of William Arthur and Mattie Clarence (Nettleton) Atkins.
He married Evelyn Elizabeth Harmon on Aug. 11, 1928, in Muskegon, Mich. She died Jan. 1, 1988.
He was a retired dairy farmer. He was a member of the Parkview Church of Christ.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Bonnie Jean) Gowthrop Leugers of Maria Stein, Ohio and Mrs. Robert (Ella Mae) Radabaugh of Port Charlotte, Fla.; two grandchildren; a great-granddaughter and a great-great-granddaughter.
Atkins was preceded in death by his wife, a son, two brothers, two sisters and a grandson.
