Anna Florence Stephenson, 92, of Lafayette, died at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, May 31, 2011, at St. Anthony's Healthcare.
She was born in Wallace on March 14, 1919, to the late Ivan M. and Anna D. Myers Allen. She married Eugene M. "Steve" Stephenson in Wallace on Nov. 16, 1941. He preceded her in death Sept. 10, 1996. She was also preceded in death by a son, John Stephenson; 2 brothers, Wilbur and Paul Allen and 2 sisters, Mildred and Mary Allen.
Surviving are a daughter, Peggy Brouwer (husband: Gerald) of Lafayette; a son, Robert Stephenson (wife: Donna) of Lafayette; a sister, Margaret Dibert (husband: Wayne) of Fort Wayne; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
