EX-RESIDENT OF EDINBURGH DEAD
Edinburg, Feb. 16-R. K. Auxier has received word of the death of his father, L. G. Auxier, former local business man, who died at his home in Covington, Ky., yesterday.
Mr. Auxier owned and operated a drygoods store in this town for 20 years. He was born in Kentucky, moved his family here about 1900, and lived here 20 years. Fifteen years ago he moved to Covington.
He was affiliated with the Masonic lodge and the Methodist church. Eight children and the widow survive, besides the local son. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Auxier left immediately for Covington to attend the funeral, which will be Saturday afternoon there.
