Survived by son, Wayne (Marie) Caruthers; daughters, Roberta (Billy) Garrett, Jean (Kenneth) Smiley, Anna (James) Nichols; sisters, Dimple Haney, Berth Davis, Myrtle Pakula; brother, Johnnie Jones; one niece and one nephew and extended family, Betty Hare, Deborah Douglas, Jane Cole, Ruth Evetts, Dottie Babits, Dorris Caruthers, James Morris. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Eddie Nichols, Mitchell Caruthers, Rick Garrett, Randy Welborn, Ed Hoover and Ricky Coleman. Visitation will be Wednesday, 3 - 9 p.m. and Thursday, 12 until time of service. Funeral service will be Thursday, 2 p.m., at Forest Lawn Chapel. Rev. Johnny Parish and Rev. Larry Guin officiating.
