The Progress, Clearfield, Pa., Monday, February 4, 1980 -- Mrs. Mary Alverta Reynolds, 62, of 407 Shaw St., Clearfield (Plymptonville), was dead on arrival at Clearfield Hospital Saturday, Feb. 2. - Born Aug. 8, 1917, in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Frederick and Ida (Resides) Hite. - She was affiliated with the Protestant faith. She was employed at the Clearfield-Curwensville Country Club, and was a member of the Clearfield Eagles Auxiliary. - The following children survive: Mrs. Allen (Phyllis) Lentz, Elizabethtown, Ky.; Raymond Reynolds, East Rutherford, N.J.; Eugene Reynolds, Marietta, Ga. and James Reynolds, Curwensville R.D. 1. - Along with seven grandchildren, one great-grandson and several nieces and nephews, the following brother and sisters also survive: Robert Hite, Miss Marie Hite and Mrs. Margaret Soluri, all of Clearfield, and Mrs. Iran (Lois) Kyler of Morrisdale R.D. - She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, one brother and one half-sister. - The funeral will be held tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. in the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home Inc. with the Rev. Duane White officiating. Interment will follow in Crown Crest Memorial Park. - Friends may call in the funeral home today from 4 to 9 p.m. and until the hour of service on Tuesday.
