Glenn Rippey, cement executive, passed away March 1, 1991. He was district manager of Portland Cement Association for 40 years in Oklahoma and Arkansas districts. He retired in 1964 to form his own consulting engineering firm in which he was president. Glenn was a member of Oklahoma and National Society of Professional Engineers. A registered professional engineer in Oklahoma, member of American Concrete Institute, member of Highway Research Board, member of Oklahoma Good Roads Association. He served in U.S. Navy during WWI, member of St. Lukes United Methodist Church, member of Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club, Beacon Club, also 32nd Degree Mason and Shriner.

He is survived by his wife Myrl and nephew Roger Ashby of the home, a sister Lola Foster of Odessa, Texas and a number of nieces and nephews. Services will be held Monday, March 4, 1991 at 2 p.m. Rose Hill Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to your favorite charity. Hahn-Cook/Street and Draper Funeral Directors.
