HUSTISFORD- Mrs Ruth Emilie Jaeger, 87, of 250 S Ann Street, Hustisford, died Friday night at Watertown Memorial Hospital following an apparent heart attack. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at St Paul's Lutheran church in Ixonia with the Rev. Kenneth Ewerdt officiating. Burial will be in St Paul's
Lutheran Cemetery in Ixonia.
She was born 28 May 1901 in the town of Lebanon, daughter of Carl and Emilie Schwefel. On 23 October 1921 she married Hubert Jaeger at St Peter's Lutheran church in Lebanon. He preceded her in death on 14 February 1953. She was an honorary member of the Ladies Aid Society of St Paul's Lutheran church and a former member of the Lakeside Lutheran HS Ladies Guild.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs Edgar (Helen) Greve of Somer, Mrs Gus (Inez) Kulfahs of Hustisford; two sons, Lorenz (Kay) of Watertown, Albin of Hustisford; seven grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and a twin brother, Max of Ixonia. She was further preceded in death by one sister, Elsa, and five brothers, Frank, Reinhold, Louis, Edwin, and Carl.
