Funeral services for Lorenz W Jaeger, 68, of 520 Rockview Court, Watertown, will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday at St Paul's Lutheran Church in Ixonia with burial in St Paul's Lutheran Cemetery. Jaeger was born 14 May 1923 in the town of Ixonia, son of Hubert and Ruth (Schwefel) Jaeger. On 7 May 1949 he married at Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. Jaeger was a 1942 graduate of Watertown High School and graduate of the U-Wisconsin farm short courses. He farmed for many years with his brother Albin.
Jaeger was a member of St Paul's Lutheran Church in Ixonia, where he served on various boards and committees; on the board of directors for Ixonia State bank and Ixonia Mutual Insurance Company; Watertown Lions Club; and Watertown Ari-Business Club.
Survivors include his wife; 3 daughter; 2 sons; 13 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Helen (Rev Edgar) Greve of Sommers and Inez (Gus) Kulfahs of Hustisford; a brother, Albin of Hustisford
