Mrs. John Vaughn

Of Bedford, RD No 2, died Tuesday morning at 1 o'clock at the Nason hospital in Roaring Spring following an illness of three weeks attributed to a complication of ailments.

She was the daughter of Abner and Mary (Mock) Mock and was born in Bedford County on Sept. 21, 1879.

Surviving are the husband and these children: Mrs. Marie Bender of Fishertown, Mrs. Theodore Hengst of Bedford, RD No 2, Carl Vaughn of Altoona, Kenneth Vaughn of Everett, Harry Vaughn of Bedford and Mrs. Irene Sipes of Everett and sixteen grandchildren and these brothers and sisters: Clara Mock and Oliver Mock of Altoona, Roy Mock of Fishertown, Mrs. Pearl Ickes of Bedford, Mrs. Bruce Gates of Osterburg and Mrs. Mary Young of Cessna.

Mrs. Vaughn was a member of the Pine Grove Evangelical church.

The body may be viewed at any time at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Hengst, at Bedford, R.D. No 2.
