"OBITUARY"
Claudia Jeanne, 4 month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Bollinger, died of Pneumonia Saturday evening in the family home.
The baby was born at Goshen hospital, Sept. 9. Surviving are the parents, a sister, Sandra Kay, and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Rollin Bollinger, New Paris, Grandfather, Wilbur Rose Crume, and step-grandmother, Mrs. Nellie Wambolt Goshen. Preceded in death by grandmother, Mary Marie (Fordful) Crume.
Funeral services were held at the Culp funeral home this afternoon, the Rev. Raymont Hoover officiating. Burial was in Yellow Creek cemetery.
~The changes has been made because Claudia's mother was adoped by the Wambolt family when she was very young.
