Jim died at age 68 years. He moved to Sacramento in 1952. He had served in the Army in Vietnam War and began working as a projectionist in many theaters in Sacramento, including the Crest and Tower Theaters. In the mid 1980s he worked as a social worker for the county of Sacramento until his retirement. He is survived by his daughter Lara, his son Byron and his daughter-in-law Christina.
Services will be held at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, Dixon CA., May 10, 2011, 11:00 a.m.
