Mrs. Ann McNeill Watkins, 70, of Fayetteville died Wednesday in her home.

Mrs. Watkins was an Army veteran. She was a real estate agent for 15 years.

A memorial service will be held at 8 p.m. Friday in O'Quinn-Peebles Funeral Home chapel in Lillington by the Rev. Ray McLamb.

Mrs. Watkins is survived by three daughters, Glenda Watkins-Snively and Lisa C. Wellman, both of Fayetteville, and Bobbie Jo Oppitz of Maryland; two sons, Robert Watkins of Fayetteville and James Watkins of South Carolina; two sisters, Peggy West of Lillington and Dorothy Peele of Fayetteville; seven brothers, John McNeill of Goldsboro, Jimmy McNeill of Alabama, Reuben McNeill of Alaska and Bobby L. McNeill, Julious McNeill, Odell McNeill and Tommy McNeill, all of Lillington; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to National Cancer Institute, NCI Financial Management Branch, Building 31, Room 11-A16, Bethesda, MD 20892.
