Murder Victim. Colleen had lived with her father and brother, before running away at the age of 15 to the streets. Her father had reported her missing and filed a police report in hopes of finding her more quickly. Colleen disappeared in December 1982, she was the last known victim of that year. Her remains were discovered on May 26, 1984. She was a murder victim of Gary Leon Ridgway, known as "The Green River Killer" who was responsible for the murder of 49 women in Seattle, Washington, between 1982 and 1984. Ridgway was found guilty for committing her murder.
