My grandmother Ruby (STEWART) WALKER told of seeing Albo's tombstone in the yard of the old WALKER home in Melvern, Kansas. However, when my cousin and I visited with the occupants of that home in 1997, there was no sign of a tombstone. However, the occupants showed us the possible location of Albo's grave . . . . . a sunken place in the yard. They also told of seeing children playing with an unusual 'rock' which could have been a tombstone. They had no knowledge of what happened to that 'rock'.
