Isham Sr.'s parents are William Bryant McLamb (1759-1808)and Spicey Joyner(1755-1820). I couldn't add them because they don't have a
Memorial ID number on this site but, I have these names verified on Ancestry.com through their wills, probate and court records from Sampson County. They are also listed on Geneat.com. They had six children in order; Isham Sr, Amen, Robert, Joel, William, and Apsilla whom married James Honeycutt and whose daughters, Civil and Penelope both married McLambs, including Isham Jr (Shadyback)(Penelope). and Civil married IshamMcLamb III (Cottonhead, Shadyback's son)
