Daisy was the second child and first daughter born to Johnnie Lee and Pauline Pearce in Wood County,
Texas. Arnold Lee was their first and only son.
Approximately a year after her birth the family moved to Fannin County, Texas and sometime between 1930 and 1934 when she died they moved back to Wood County. She was just a few months past her 5th birthday.
I have heard stories of Daisy, but can't remember just how she died. I believe it was one of those childhood diseases common then or diptheria. I will add more later when I find out for certain.
