Bellville - Mrs. Linda Kay McCoy Strickland, 41, died at Evans Memorial Hospital in Claxton after a long illness. The Chatham County native was a Baptist.
Surviving are her husband, Paul K. Strickland of Bellville; a son, Paul Strickland Jr. of Savannah; a daughter, Ms. Dawn Strickland of Statesboro; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert McCoy of Pembroke; three brothers, Raymond G. Pembroke; three brothers, Raymond G. and Keith McCoy, both of Pembroke, and Alan McCoy of Ellabell; and a half-brother, Norman Saxton of Pembroke.
Funeral: 3 p.m. Monday at Morrison Funeral Home in Pembroke, burial in Lawrence Baptist Church Cemetery.
