Pembroke - Mrs. Estelle Barber Sikes, 86, died Friday at Evans Memorial Hospital in Claxton after a short illness. She was a native of Liberty County.
Surviving are three sons, Floyd, Harry and J. W. Sikes Jr., all of Pembroke; four daughters, Mrs. Helen E. Norris of Savannah and Mrs. Rubye Hill, Mrs. Mary S. Fleming and Mrs. Irene S. Fennel, all of Pembroke; 36 grand-children, 81 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held today at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Pembroke, with burial in the North Side Cemetery.
