Francisco Javier Alviso y Trejo was the son of Domingo Alviso y [?] and María Angela Trejo [?]. He accompanied his parents to Alta California with Anza in 1776. He married his step-sister, María Agustina Bojorques y Lara at the Monterey Presidio Chapel December 12, 1787 (SC Marriage 00358). Francisco was buried at the Presidio Chapel Cemetery (San Carlos) December 25, 1803 (SC Death 01559).
