Cabo (corporal) Domingo Alviso y [?] married María Angela de la Luz Trejo y [?] at Presidio San Miguel de Horcasitas, Sonora, about 1764. Domingo was transferred to the Presidio of Tubac, Sonora (now Arizona) where he volunteered to accompany Anza to Alta California. He arrived at San Francisco in July 1776 and was present at the founding of the presidio. He died at Mission San Francisco (Dolores) and was buried in the mission cemetery March 11, 1777 (SFD Death 00006). María then married (2) widower Pedro Antonio Bojórquez y Ochoa at the San Francisco Presidio Chapel on July 20, 1777 (SFD Marriage 00005). Pedro was also a soldado of the 1776 Anza Expedition.
