north of Norway and died
December 10, 1970 at the age of
69 years, 5 months and 14 days.
She received her education in
the Norway schools.
November 7, 1923 she was
united in marriage to Benny M.
Lervold. Four children were
born. They farmed for a few
years in the Norway community
and then moved to their farm
south of Scandia. They moved to
Scandia in 1945.
She was preceded in death by
her parents, brother, Lloyd and
grandson, Bruce.
Survivors are: her husband;
her children, Robert and wife,
Velma, Russell and wife, Erma,
both of Scandia, Norma and
husband, Larry O'Brian of
Pasco, Wash., La Verne and
wife, Carla of Wichita; 12
grandchildren, Maurice, Beth,
Gary, Glenn, Janet, Carrie and
Susan Lervold, Larry, Danny
and wife, Joni, Nancee, Sheryl
and Shawn O'Brian; 1 greatgrandchild,
Shauna Jean O'Brian; 4 brothers, Carl, Iver,
Harvey and Harold Hammer.
