Anna Catharine George, daughter of John and Emma Sommers, was born December 16, 1893, and died on the morning of Friday, May the 28th, at the age of 26 years, 5 months, 11 days. All her life was lived near Holton, the place of her birth. Sept. 24, 1919, she was united in marriage with Mr. Jas. C. George, and with her husband moved on a farm in Olive Hill district … At the age of ten years she was converted and united with the Evangelical church … She is survived by her husband, infant daughter, parents; three brothers, four sisters …. Interment was made in the Holton cemetery.
