JESUP- Mrs. Pauline Sherrod Hall, 79, died Tuesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital here after a short illness. The Emanuel County native was a resident of Wayne County nine years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Jesup and Dogwood Garden Club. Serviving are a son, James M. Hall of Arlington, Va; two sisters, Mrs. Cleo Eidson and Mrs. Vera Sperlan, both of Jacksonville, Fla; two brothers, Garland Sherrod of Jesup and Hugh Sherrod of Jacksonville; and seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday at Hunnicutt Funeral Home in Swainsboro, burial in Swainsboro City Cemetery. Gordon-Harrison Funeral Home of Jesup, local arrangements.
