Mildred Gladys Maynard Qualls, 73 of Sparta, Tennessee, passed away Monday in Cookeville.
Qualls was born October 30, 1934, to Toy and Mertie Cleo Clouse Maynard.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Eugene Qualls.
Survivors include one son Ricky E. Qualls and wife Kathy, ; two grandchildren, Krystal Qualls and Ryan Qualls, all of Putnam County; one brother, Herman Floyd Maynard and wife Joyce of White County; and one sister, Helen Williams and husband Roger of White County.
Services will be May 1, 2008, at the chapel of Hunter Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Cemetery.
