MRS. SAMMIE RANDALL
---Mrs. Sammie Randall, daughter of the man who gave La Plata its name, died Sunday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Timmons, in Macon at ninety-five. She was said to be the oldest living native La Platian.
---She was born in La Plata January 6, 1860, the daughter of Dr. Walt W. Moore and Eliza Jane Davidson Moore.
