Enoch [son of Joseph] born 09 Dec 1685; married 19 May 1707, Elizabeth, daughter of John and Elizabeth (Webster) Worth, who was born 17 Aug 1688, and died 28 Dec 1766. Ensign Little with Capt James Smith were the first settlers upon Craneneck Hill, West Newbury, where their descendants still reside. When the land was cleared, about 1708, the Indians were very troublesome. It is said on occasion Ensign Little chanced to place his hat upon the stump of a tree. An Indian mistook it for his person and pierced it with a bullet. He died 28 April 1766. Five of his children died of the "throat distemper" which committed such ravages during the early part of the last century.
His children were:
* Joseph born 1708, died young
* Elizabeth, Mrs Abel Huse born 1711
* John 1713-1730
* Edmond born 1718, died young
* Daniel 1726-1730
* Benjamin born 1729, died young
