Services for Minnie Snelling, 92, of Rt. 6, will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Criss Brothers Funeral Home, with the Rev. Claude Myers and the Rev. Harvey Lescalleet officiating. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Snelling died this morning in Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born Sept. 11, 1883 in Hopewell Twp., to the late Jacob and Mildred (Bradley) Brown.
She was a member of the Mt. Carmel Christian Union Church, Mt. Carmel Laides Aide and Mt. Carmel Garden Club.
Surviving are a son, William A. of the home; three daughters; Mrs. Caroline White of Mansfield, Mrs. Hazel Oliver Duston of Newark and Mrs. Ruth McDonald of Rt. 6; nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Five brothers, four sisters and a great-grandchild are dead. She was the last of her immediate family. Family will be present from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
