Charles was born to Dr. and Mrs. Charles E. Hyroop on Feb. 18, 1936. He was employed at Tinker AFB as a Personnel Specialist for 32 years, retiring in 1987. He attended Central State University and was a member of Northwest Baptist Church in Oklahoma City. His most recent enjoyment included working with his good friends at Henderson's Broadway Ford. He was preceded in death by his father and his mother, Audry Cornish Hyroop, and is survived by numerous cousins and only the best of friends. Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 20, 1995, 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery, N. Kelly & Memorial Road.
