Leslie was a 1962 graduate of Lincoln High School in Manitowoc. He met his wife Marjorie Plucinski in 1973. The couple resided in Milwaukee from 1973 until 2008 where Leslie worked as a steam fitter for Local 601. Leslie and Marge moved to Odanah in 2008. He enjoyed golfing, watching NASCAR and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Arbuckle of Odanah; two sons, John (Teresa) Arbuckle of Milwaukee and their daughter, Marlin and Scott Arbuckle and his three children, Jesse, Adena and Bryant; a sister, Sylvia (Rick) DeGrand of New Holstein; a brother, Eugene (Deloris) Arbuckle of New Holstein; close friends, Darrell John of Milwaukee, Norman Couture of Odanah and Donald Nelis Sr. of Odanah; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Patrick, Aloysius and Bruce.
