OLLA — Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. today for Henry Horace Wilks, 79, of Lake Charles, at Urania Pentecostal Church with the Revs. Thomas Parker and A. D. Conner officiating.
Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery under direction of Kinner-Stevens Funeral Home of Jena.
Mr. Wilks died Monday in Columbia Heights Nursing Home after a long illness.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Susie Wilks of Olla; one daughter, Mrs. Ella Hickingbottom of Lake Charles; two sons, W. T. Wilks of Olla, and Albert Wilks of Gilbert; one sister, Mrs. Lillie Mae Ewing of Pineville; four brothers, Taylor Wilks of Lake Charles, Perry Wilks of Olla, Cleve Wilks of Urania and Hardy Wilks of Harrisonburg; 27 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
