Mrs. Edna Guy McWhorter, 70, of Butler, Tennessee, died Saturday morning, January 17 at Johnson County Hospital.
Born April 11, 1910 in Avery County to Liza Millsaps Guy. She was a housewife.
Surviving are three sisters and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services were conducted today (Monday) at Beech Valley Baptist Church, officiated by Reverends Frank Womack and Quincy Norris. Burial will follow in the Beech Creek Cemetery.
Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
