He leaves to mourn his loss his son, George W. Radebaugh, two brothers and three sisters who are respectively: Harry C. of Mason. Neb.; M. F. Radebaugh of Beatrice, Neb.; Mrs. B. M. Custer, Homer, Ill., Mrs. A. W. Whitney of Chicago, Ill.; and Mrs. L. A. Manspeaker of Beatrice.
On the third day of May 1877, the deceased was married to Miss Emma Evans at Homer, Ill. To this union were born two children, Alice Gertrude and George P. The daughter passed away Oct. 17, 1900, the wife and mother also preceded the husband, departing this life May 8, 1918.
Mr. Radebaugh came with his parents from Bedford, Pa., to Urbana Ill., where his father located on a farm. Later they moved to Homer, Ill., where he lived until several years after his marriage. He came with his wife to Beatrice in 1890. They returned for a time to Homer after which they re-located to a farm in Beatrice. In a few years they moved to the city, locating in West Beatrice.
Upon the decease of his wife, he made his home with his son and family where he was lovingly and tenderly cared for until the end. Mr. Radebaugh was of a quiet and unassuming disposition. He was a good husband, father and neighbor and had a high respect for the Christian faith putting his faith absolutely on Christ before his departure.
Funeral services were held from Scotts Chapel, May 30, 1920 at 2:30 p.m., being conducted by Rev. C.E. Ryder. Interment in Evergreen Home cemetery.
