MAMIE THOLEN HEIN

Mamie Malmstrom Tholen Hein, 83, 227 South 1100 East, died Oct. 29, 1975, in a Salt Lake hospital of causes incident to age.
Born Oct. 7, 1892, in Midvale, to John and Anna Charlotte Johnson Malmstrom. She married Carl Walfred Tholen June 17, 1914 in Midvale; later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Carl died Jan. 6, 1931. She married William Hein Aug. 25, 1945; he died Nov. 15, 1955. She was an apartment house manager, and former school teacher. She was active in the LDS Church auxiliaries and served two stake missions.
Survivors include sons and daughters, C. Edsel, Holladay; Richard G., Raymond W., both of Midvale; Mrs. Marvin (Margaret) Burgon, Orem; Mrs. Ross D. (Beverly) Strode, Fairborn, Oklahoma; 30 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Monday noon, 11th LDS Ward chapel, 951 E. 100 South. Friends may call at 255 South 300 East, Sunday from 6-8 p.m. and Monday at the ward chapel one hour before services. Burial at Midvale City Cemetery.
