A. G. BAUGHER IS DEAD
A. G. Baugher, father of Rev. S. L. Baugher, of Edinburg died at his home near Swift Run on Saturday at noon after a lingering illness of a complication of diseases, He was seventy-five years old.
Mr. Baugher was born and raised in the Swift Run community, and managed the farm on which he lived for forty years. He was a son of the late Asa S. and Eliza Baugher, was an honest and industrious citizen and was held in high regard by those who knew him.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon from the home, conducted by Rev. W. D. McNeil, pastor of the United Brethren Church of Elkton. Interment was made in Baugher's Cemetery on the farm.
