Robert L. BARNES, 60, died Tuesday morning, February 04, at the Horton hospital. He is survived by his wife, of their home in Hiawatha; two sons, Robert BARNES, of Kansas City, Missouri, Clyde BARNES, of Hiawatha; three grandchildren; his father, Reuben BARNES of Hiawatha; three brothers, George, of Hiawatha, Claude of Hamilton, Missouri, Dr. Harold BARNES of Hutchinson, Kansas; three sisters, Mrs. Conrad RICE, of Hiawatha, Miss Edythe BARNES, of Hiawatha, Mrs. Nellie ALLEN, of Lawrence, Kansas.
Mr. BARNES had been ill for the past 4 months. Funeral Services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, from Meek's Chapel, conducted by Rev. P. S. Barrow. Interment will be held in the Hiawatha Cemetery.
