BOONEVILLE - Estelle H. Taylor, 89, of Booneville, died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2005, at Longwood Community Living Center in Booneville after an extended illness. She was retired from Brown Shoe Co., a member of the Hill's Chapel Church of Christ and loved flowers and gardening.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the McMillan Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Charles Leonard and Bro. Dwain Brown officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
Survivors include one daughter, Anita Sue Crabb of Booneville; one son, James Taylor and wife, Kay, of Booneville; two sisters, Sarah Windham of Booneville and Yvonne Cahill of Shawnee, Kansas; six grandchildren, Mike Crabb and wife, Theresa, Michelle Croft and husband, Jerry, Harold Taylor and wife, Hilda, Mark Taylor, Jeff Taylor and wife, Jeannie, and Timothy Taylor; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband. U.L. Taylor; one sister, Lucille Hare; and three brothers, Ernest, Eulas and Leonard Hopkins.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
Visitation will continue until service time today at the funeral home.
