"MRS. T. C. GOODIN PASSES AWAY IN CAPITAL CITY.

Word reached here at noon that Mrs. T[homas] C. Goodin [nee Susan C. Harlan], formerly of Winters, this county, but more recently of Lovelock, Nevada, passed away today at the home of her children in Sacramento at the great age of 80 years. The funeral will take place Sunday in Sacramento and the interment will take place in this city [at the Woodland Cemetery.]

Mrs. Goodin was a pioneer resident of this county and her acquaintance reaches over the valley. Because of her many sterling qualities there will be general mourning over her loss."
