Funeral services for Lester Spence, Riggs Road, Boone County, were held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Caldwell Baptist Chapel, Knifley, Ky., with burial in the chapel cemetery. The Catherman Funeral Home, Ludlow, was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Spence, who was 41 years old, died Wednesday at his home.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Laura Spence, with whom he resided; four brothers, Richard, at home; Robert and Everett, Ludlow, and Walter Spence, Columbus, Ind.; three sisters, Mrs. Melvina Mings, Knifley; Mrs. Ada May Mitchell, Harrison, Ohio and Mrs. Mattie Jane Spence, Ludlow.
