James Manuel Leeson, after two years' illness with paresis. died at his home in Altona at 8:45 o'clock Wednesday morning.
He was born in Richland county, Ohio, but had been a farmer in this vicinity most of his life. He was aged fifty-three years, seven months and twenty-four days.
He leaves the widow, five sons, two daughters, two brothers, Edward Lee , son of Altona and Joseph Leeson of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and a sister Mrs. Irvin Imler of Garrett.
Funeral services will be held at the home Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, the Rev. D. E. Hoover officiating, and interment will be made in Union.
