David was married first to Mary V. Page. Census Records 1900, 1910, 1920 give his wife as Mary. Mary was the mother of all of his children. A Choctaw Nation Roll card gives Mary's maiden name as Page.
David was married second to Ollie (Pressley) Jenkinson Oct. 23, 1930 in Oklahoma.
