Born in Orem, Utah. Married Dorothy Wilson July 11, 1942. Children: Wayne, Loretta, Betsy, and Shelly.
Had Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren too numerous to list.
Harold loved to live life. I am the husband of his youngest daughter Shelly. I only wish I had gotten to know him longer. But in the few short years I knew him I loved to see him and his gust for life. The twinkle in his eye when he talked about going on a trip. He could be slowed down, but not held down. And when that time came that he felt held down, he decided it was time to leave town. Permanent vacation in Heaven for Harold. He is loved and missed by many.Harold Daly Leavitt, 88, passed away on Wednesday evening, June 17, 2009 with family by his side.
